Unfortunately Dell do not Update their Drivers and Downloads by using Hardware IDs and handle drivers on a model by model basis. In some cases OEMs may have newer drivers than Microsoft which may lead to some enhancements/patch issues. They may also download a newer driver automatically from Windows Update. As a consequence Microsoft will likely have native driver support for your Wireless Card. They have partnered with major OEMs such as Intel, Atheros and Broadcom to make sure Windows 10 has inbuilt drivers for most wireless cards.
